Enterprise Zones: Housing Investment Program

Developers of residential projects investing up to $45 million may be eligible for the incentive. For sale units, followed by rental units, both with affordable components will be given preference. Program available in both Flagler Heights and Midtown neighborhoods. Funding contingent upon projects meeting eligibility criteria and availability of funds.
