An Enterprise Zone is a specific geographic area targeted for economic revitalizing.  Enterprise Zones encourage economic growth and investment in distressed areas by offering tax advantages and incentives to businesses locating within the zone boundaries.Source: http://www.floridaenterprisezones.com/

If your employees live and work in the zone, you can claim up to 30% of the taxes you pay them on their wages. You may also be eligible for a tax incentive on building materials, business equipment, and much more.
