Based in Atlanta, Georgia, GovernmentBids.com is now a leading online government bid and RFP listing services. The site currently has listings from local, state and federal agencies.   • The Small Business Exchange Inc., established in 1984, is a business information resource for small Asian, Black, Hispanic woman and disabled veteran-owned businesses.
