WorkForce One is governed by a 58-member Board of Directors known as the Broward Workforce Development Board (BWDB) and the WorkForce One Council of Elected Officials. The WorkForce One Council of elected officials consists of the Mayor of Ft. Lauderdale, the Mayor of Hollywood and a Broward County Commissioner. Representatives from private business, educational institutions, elected officials and community-based organizations create the makeup of the Board.
